(ALBANY) - The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, in observance of Independence Day, CDTA service will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule. Only bus routes that operate on Sundays and Holidays will be in service.  Regular service will resume on Thursday, July 5, 2012. CDTA will also operate additional evening service for the Independence Day Celebration at the Empire State Plaza on Monday. NX Northway commuter service will not operate its regularly scheduled service on Wednesday, July 4, 2012.
