In order to inform the public that CDTA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or income status, CDTA has placed the following public notification on its website. Included are instructions on filing a Title VI complaint for those who believe they have been discriminated against, in violation of this policy. Customers are entitled to translation and interpretation services, free of charge. To place a request for these services, please contact customer service at (518) 482-8822 or email the Title VI Program Administrator.
