WELCOME TO SCOOT BY CDTA!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? It is $2 to unlock a scooter and $0.25 per minute to ride. A credit card is required to ride and is kept on file for incidentals. Debit cards not allowed. 

WHEN ARE SCOOTERS AVAILABLE? SCOOT operates in a select city Friday 11AM-10PM, Saturday 9AM-10PM and Sunday 9AM-6PM.

WHERE CAN I FIND SCOOT? You can find rack locations with available scooters using the SCOOT app or using the website map.
 

HOW DO I RIDE?

1. Download the SCOOT app.
2. Read the rules of renting and create a membership! 
3. Scan the QR code on the scooter handlebars using your smartphone, have your drivers license handy for verification, pull the cable lock out to unlock the scooter and ride. 

WHAT RULES SHOULD I FOLLOW?

1. You must be 18+ years or older to ride. 
2. Only one rider is allowed on a scooter at a time.
3. LOCK IT UP! Always lock your scooter to a SCOOT rack when your ride is finished to avoid additional fees and penalties.
4. Use the cable lock located on the scooter to secure the scooter to a SCOOT rack at the end of every ride.
5. Stay within the designated riding zones: Scooters will slow down if taken outside of a riding zone. 
6. Always ride on roadways with traffic and follow traffic laws. 
7. Never ride on sidewalks.
8. Ride safely, use caution and wear a helmet.
