CDTA trolley provides direct access to the Saratoga Race Course free of charge
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (August 22, 2024) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is reminding the community and visitors that the Saratoga Summer Trolley is available for the 155th Travers Stake at the Saratoga Race Course this weekend free of charge. CDTA is providing mobility options to ensure attendees can focus on the fun and festivities of the Travers Stakes throughout the weekend.
Trolley service operates from noon until 10 p.m., offering convenient service to hotels and attractions along Broadway in downtown, with direct access to the Saratoga Race Course and the Saratoga Casino Hotel. The trolley service is free for customers, courtesy of NYRA Bets and the Saratoga Casino Hotel.
The public is also encouraged to use the CDTA bike share program, CDPHP Cycle! Both pedal and electric bikes are available for rent. It’s a convenient and healthy way to get around the area for the weekend. To get started with either pedal or e-bikes, download the upgraded CDPHP Cycle! app on the App Store or Google Play.
