Customers should review route schedules and check trip times for certain routes
ALBANY, NY (January 11, 2024) - The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) will make service changes to several routes on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Adjustments to routes are made on a regular basis in response to ridership trends, development patterns, as well as customer and employee input. Customers should review route schedules and check trip times for any of the following routes:
Service Updates:
- Route 13 (New Scotland Avenue) & Route 18 (Delaware Avenue) – timing of trips to Plug Power have changed. Buses will no longer stop at ShopRite in Slingerlands after store closure.
- Route 117 (Colonie Crosstown) – every other trip will stop at Shaker Place Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
- Route 182 (Troy – Albany via Cohoes and Latham) – trips will be extended to serve the Wellness Way development in Latham.
- Route 812 (Schenectady – Albany Shuttle) – this route will no longer stop at Nurses Middle College in the afternoon. Customers can access Route #214 from this location.
- Route 524 (Broadway Menands Express) – the schedule and trip times have been redesigned.
Minor adjustments will be made to the following routes and schedules:
- Route 85 (Fifth Ave - South Troy)
- Route 87 (Hoosick St – RPI)
- Route 114 (Madison Ave. – Washington Ave.)
- Route 370 (Troy/Schenectady)
- Route 905 (BusPlus Red Line)
- Route 910 (BusPlus Purple Line)
- Route 922 (BusPlus Blue Line Cohoes to Delaware Station)
- Route 923 (BusPlus Blue Line Waterford to Rail Trail Station)
