ALBANY, N.Y. (August 21, 2014) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) has announced reroutes for buses traveling around State Street in Albany due to implosion of a building that will take place Saturday August 23, 2014. These areas will be closed to all traffic starting at 9:30am until approximately 1:00pm. CDTA buses will begin reroutes at 915am and are expected to last until the streets are reopened. The following reroutes will be in effect:
Route #’s 1, 13, 18, 182 & 905
Westbound – Regular route to State St & Pearl St, Right Pearl St (All pickups will be at Rite Aid) Left Pine St to Washington Ave to regular route.
Eastbound – Regular route on Washington Ave bear left on Pine St, Right Pearl St, (Drop off customers at Ten Eyck Plaza) Left on State St to regular route.
Route #10 & 12
Westbound: Leave Broadway & Orange Left on Broadway, Right State St, Right Pearl St (Pickup customers at Rite Aid) Left on Pine St to Washington Ave to regular route.
Eastbound: Regular route on Washington Ave bear left on Pine St, Right Pearl St (Drop off customers at Ten Eyck Plaza) Left on State St to regular route.
Route #6, 7 & 100
Southbound: Regular route until Ten Eyck Plaza, Left State St, Right Broadway, Right Madison Ave, Left Pearl St to regular route.
Northbound: Regular route until Pearl St & Madison Ave, Right Madison Ave, Left Green St, Right Division, Left Broadway, Left State St, Right Pearl St to regular route.
Route #’s 125 & 138
Southbound: Regular route until Ten Eyck Plaza, Left State St, Right Broadway, Right Madison Ave (125 & 138 into Madison Stage)
Northbound: Regular route
Route #22
Southbound: Regular route until Broadway & Pine St, Right Pine St, Left Pearl St (Drop off & Pickup Ten Eyck Plaza) Left State St, Right Broadway, Right Madison Ave to ESP.
Northbound: Regular route until Washington Ave bear left on Pine St, Right Pearl St (Pickup & Drop off Ten Eyck Plaza) Left State St to regular route.
Route #214
Westbound: Regular route until Pearl St Exit from Dunn Bridge, Left Pearl St, Left Madison Ave, Left Green St, Right Division St, Left Broadway, Left Pine St, Left Pearl St (Drop off & Pickup Ten Eyck Plaza) Left State St to Hudson & Broadway to regular route.
