Effective Sunday, March 3, 2013, the following service changes went into effect. Most changes are minor with a couple of routing changes. The affected routes are:

Route #114 (Madison/Washington): The Westbound routing will change as follows: Straight on East Street, left on Herrick Street, left on Broadway, right on Dunn Memorial Bridge onto ramp.
- Route #117 (Guilderland/Colonie Crosstown): The routing will change between Crossgates Mall and Colonie Center as follows: Instead of traveling via the Northway I-87, Route #117 will travel via Fuller Road and Washington Avenue Extension in both directions.
- Route #125 (Clinton/Sand Creek): Eastbound trips will begin at the Colonie Station (Colonie Center side) to allow for easier transfer Route #905 (BusPlus).
- Route #530 (Rotterdam Square Mall Express): The route will see minor schedule change between Rotterdam Square Mall, the Exit 26 Park and Ride, and Empire State Plaza.
