CDTA Announces Re-routes During Burnt Hills Flag Day parade
ALBANY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that on Thursday, June 7, 2012, from approximately 6:15-8:30pm, Route 50 bus service from Schenectady to Saratoga will be rerouted to accommodate the Burnt Hills Flag Day parade. Route 50 will be closed down both in North and South directions from Country Acres Farm and Pet Center to the Burnt Hills Bowling Alley. The reroutes are as follows:
#50 Northbound: Regular route on Route 50 until Right on Kingsbury Rd., Take a Left at the stop sign. This turns into Kingsley Rd. Follow to Rt. 50 right on Rt. 50 to regular route.
#50 Southbound: Regular route on Route 50 to a Left on Kingsley Rd. (across from Burnt Hills Bowling Alley), to a right on Kingsbury (there will be a florist on the left) to a left on to Route 50 to regular route.
CDTA Announces Re-routes during Saratoga Flag Day Parade
ALBANY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that on Saturday, June 9, 2012, from approximately 11:30 - 3:00pm, bus service will be rerouted to accommodate the Saratoga Flag Day parade. Broadway in Saratoga will be closed from Van Dam/Arterial Rt. 50 south to Circular Street. The parade will start at N. Broadway/Rock St. to Congress Park. Reroutes will be as follows:
Route 50 Northbound: Regular route on Ballston Ave (Rt. 50) continue straight on Circular St (by the Stewarts and Holiday Inn) stay on Circular St, to Left on Lake Ave, to Right on High Rock to regular route.
Route 50 Southbound: Regular route on High Rock, to Left on Lake Ave, Right on Circular St to Ballston Ave to regular route.
Route 472 Eastbound: Regular route on Church St, Left on Clinton St, Right on Clement Ave (past Embury Dr.), continue straight to First St., Left N. Broadway, Right East Ave (cross over Arterial Rt. 50), Right Excelsior Ave, Left High Rock St, Left on Lake Ave to regular route.
Route 472 Westbound: Reverse on the way back to the Rail Station.
Route 473 Southbound to Racino: Regular route to Embury Apts., after servicing Embury Apts. Left on Clinton St., Right on Clement Ave, continue straight to First St., Left N. Broadway, Right East Ave (crossover Arterial Rt. 50), Right Excelsior Ave, Left High Rock St, Left on Lake Ave, Right on Circular St to regular route.
Route 473 Northbound to Skidmore: Reg. route on Circular St continue straight to Left on Lake Ave, Right High Rock St., Right Excelsior Ave, Left East Ave (crossover Arterial Rt. 50), Left N. Broadway, Right First St. continue straight to Clement Ave, Left Clinton St., service Embury Apts. to regular route.
Route 875 Northbound Trolley: From Broadway go right on Circular St. continue straight to Lake Ave, Left Lake Ave, Right High Rock St., Right Circular St. (crossover Lake Ave) to reg. route.
Route 875 Southbound Trolley: From Lake Ave go right on High Rock St., Right Circular St. (crossover Lake Ave) continue on Circular to Broadway go Left on Broadway to reg. route.
CDTA Announces Re-routes during Troy Flag Day Parade
ALBANY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that on Sunday June 10th, 2012 from 12:00pm to 4pm bus service will be rerouted to accommodate the Troy Flag Day parade.
#22 Line Northbound: Regular route continue on 2nd Ave to right on 23rd St Watervliet, to Hudson Ave. to right over the Green Island Bridge into Troy, left on King Ave, to River St, right Hoosick St to the Troy Division for layover.
#22 Line Southbound:Leave the Troy Division right on Hoosick St, left on left on 6th Ave, left on Vanderhyden, to left on River St, continue River St. to Front/3rd St .
#80 Line Northbound and Southbound: Southbound continue on 6th Ave. to right on Congress St to left on 5th Ave. to left on Ferry St. to left on 6th Ave. and layover along 6th Ave. Northbound - 6th Ave. to regular route.
#280 Line Northbound and Southbound:Disregard using the current Congress St. Detour during the parade reroute, Into Troy Congress St. to right on 15th St. to left on Peoples Ave. to Federal St. to left on 6th Ave. to right on Congress St. to left on 5th Ave. to left on Ferry St. to left on 6th Ave. and layover along 6th Ave. To Wynantskill – 6th Ave to right on Federal St. to Sage Ave to right on 15th St. to left on Congress St. to Regular Route.
#85 Line Northbound:Regular route to left on 378 over the Menands Bridge to 787 North to the 23rd St Exit, right on Hudson Ave. to right over the Green Island Bridge, left on King St to River St to regular route.
#85 Line Southbound:River St. to right over Green Island Bridge to left on Hudson Ave to 787 South to 378 East exit to Menands Bridge to Mill St. to Regular Route
#87 Line Westbound: Regular route to Hoosick St, left on 6th Ave, to right on Congress St, left on 5th Ave, to left on Ferry St. to left on 6th Ave. and layover along 6th Ave .
#87 Line Eastbound: From 6th Ave, to right on Hoosick St to regular route.
