Effective Sunday, January 29, 2012, the following service changes will go into effect.
Route # 6 (Second/Whitehall) will include an added trip to stop at night to improve connections. The new trip will depart from Broadway and Orange Street at 12:20am and arrive at St. Peter’s Hospital at 12:46am.
Route #82 (Troy-Cohoes-Green Island) will see minor schedule changes to accommodate transfer connections.
Route #114 (Madison/Washington) will have minor route changes due to construction. The new route is as follows.
Eastbound: Regular route to the Dunn Bridge, right on Broadway, left on Third Avenue, left on Adams Street, right on East Street, and to Herrick Street.
Westbound: Via East Street, left on the Herrick Street Bridge, left on Broadway, right on the Dunn Bridge, and back to regular route.
Route #116 (Albany/Menands) will have a new schedule to reflect new end of route locations as follows.
Southbound: Trips will terminate at Mt. Hope Drive and Route 9-W.
Northbound: Trips will leave from Mt. Hope Drive and turn left on South Pearl Street, to regular route.
Route #734 (Hackett/Buckingham Pond) will include an added trip to stop at New Horizons, ARC on Krumkill Road. The bus leaves from Broadway and Orange at 8:00am and arrives at Ohav Shalom at 8:33am and then continues to the ARC for 8:38am arrival.
