With this new online program, STAR customers are able to access the CDTA website and conduct the following business:
· Make, Confirm or Change a Reservation
· Cancel a Reservation
· Apply for STAR
· Alert CDTA to a Site closure often frequented by STAR customers (Sites may include the Center for Disabled, New Visions,
and Dialysis Centers.)
· New STAR customer Orientation class registration
For easy access, customers can visit http://www.cdta.org/star, the contact page http://www.cdta.org/contact.php or the STAR contact page http://www.cdta.org/accessibility_paratransit_contact.php.
STAR service is a paratransit service that provides origin to destination transportation, on an advance reservation basis, for people with disabilities who are not able to ride an accessible regular fixed-route bus.
