(Albany, NY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that the Saratoga Springs Visitors’ Trolley service will begin on Sunday, May 29th and will run through Monday, September 5, Labor Day. CDTA will introduce two brand new trolleys into service and feature a re-designed route that will include a stop at the Saratoga Race course.
The trolley will operate from approximately 10am – 8pm, Monday – Sunday. The last Trolley starts its run at 7:40 p.m. and finishes at 8:10 pm. Riders can board the Trolley for $1.50 each ride or use CDTA prepaid passes.
The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and CDTA have developed schedule that includes a route map and brief descriptions of historical sites along the route. Brochures and schedules are available at the Chamber offices, the Chamber’s Congress Park Information Booth and the Saratoga Springs Visitors Center. The brochure can also be downloaded from www.saratoga.org or www.cdta.org.
