Route 114 will now end at Joseph L. Bruno Rail Station
ALBANY, NY (September 30, 2026) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is announcing a change to Route 114 service that will take effect Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Beginning on that date, Route 114 will end at the Joseph L. Bruno Rail Station and will no longer serve the Columbia Turnpike & Academy Street, Columbia Turnpike & Aiken Avenue, or UAlbany Health Sciences Campus stops.
The change is being made at the request of the UAlbany Health Sciences Campus, which has decided it will no longer have CDTA service at the campus. Customers who need to access this area can now utilize Route 233, which stops nearby on Columbia Turnpike at the corner of Discovery Drive. Customers can also access Route 233 at the Schodack Park & Ride lot.
