Service to Operate on Sunday/Holiday Schedule; Northway and Thruway Xpress Will Not Operate
ALBANY, NY (September 4, 2026) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule on Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2026. The Northway Xpress (NX) and Thruway Xpress (TX) commuter services will not run. Weekday service will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. FLEX will run 10am-6pm for Guilderland and Southern Saratoga County. Saratoga Springs will run 8am-7pm.
The CDTA Sales window at 85 Watervliet Avenue will also be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
