Customers Can Add Mobile Site Link For Quick Access To Information
(Albany, NY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced today a streamlined mobile website experience and the discontinuation of its iRide application available for Apple products.
Customers will find the same functionality from the iRide application available on the mobile version of cdta.org. Apple users can just access the mobile site where they will see a prompt to add an icon to their home page. That will create a link directly to the site for access to trip planning, route information, advisories and news. Android users should bookmark the cdta page on their home screen with a long button hold and then click shortcut to pick the bookmark.
CDTA’s BusPlus application is still available for both platforms and a new mobile application is under development.
