(ALBANY, N.Y.) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that it will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2013. Regular weekday service will resume on Friday, November 29, 2013, including the Northway Xpress (NX) Commuter Service.
Due to the Cohoes Turkey Trot the following reroute will be in effect from 9:00am until finish.
#182 to Latham Farms/Albany – Main St. to left Columbia St. to regular route.
#182 Into Cohoes to Troy – Columbia St. continue down to right on Main St. to regular route.
Saratoga Christopher Dailey Turkey Trot 5K Race Race starts at 8:30am, Roads starting to close at 6am on November 28th
Reroute for the 473 is as follows: From the Raceway: Reg. Route to left on Church to right on Clinton to reg.route
Due to the annual running of the Troy Turkey Trot the following Re-Routes will be in effect from 6:00am -1:00pm .
#22 Northbound : Regular route to 19th and 2nd Ave over the Congress St Bridge into Troy continue up Ferry St to L/ 6th Ave, continue 6th Ave to R/ Federal to a L/8TH St. to L/Jacob St to a L/ 6th Ave layover on 6th Ave. in the area of the O’Neil Apts.
#22 Southbound: From the O’Neil apts. Continue south on 6th Ave to a R/Congress St service Congress and 3rd from Congress St regular route into Albany.
#280 Northbound and Southbound: Northbound from Wynantskill Congress St. to a R/ 6th Ave to a R/Federal to a L/ 8th St. to L/ Jacob St. to a L/ 6th Ave, continue 6th Ave. to R/ Congress to left on 3rd St and proceed with southbound trip to Wynantskill.
#80 Northbound and Southbound: Regular route southbound to Federal &6th continue on 6th Ave. to R/Congress, L/3rd St. to pick up & drop off after making left on 3rd St to L/ Ferry St to L/ 6th Ave and continue 6th Ave. to regular route northbound.
#85 Northbound: Regular route northbound on Fourth St to a R/Ferry St, to left on 6th Ave. and continue north on 6th Ave onto 5th Ave and take a L/103rd st to a R/ 2nd Ave to regular route. ADDITIONAL REROUTE 8:45AM TRIP NORTHBOUND ONLY WILL USE 5TH AVE. TO L/112TH ST. TO R/2ND AVE. TO REGULAR ROUTE.
#85 Southbound: Regular route southbound to L/103rd St, R/5th Ave onto 6th Ave continue south on 6th Ave to a R/Congress St, L/3rd St ( pick-up & drop-off after making the left on 3rd st), regular route from Congress & 3rd St.
#87 Westbound & Eastbound: Operators leaving Walmart will be regular route down Hoosick St to a L/6th Ave continue south on 6th Ave to a R/Congress St to a L/3rd St ( pick-up & drop-off after making the left on 3rd st), layover on 3rd st between Congress & Ferry St , going back to Walmarts leave via 3rd St to L/Ferry St , to L/6TH Ave. and continue on 6th Ave to a R/Hoosick St to regular route.
#370 Eastbound : Regular route over Congress St. Bridge into Troy continue up Ferry St. to L/6th Ave. to a R/Federal to L/8th St. to L/Jacob St. to a L/6th Ave. , layover in the area of O’Neil Apts. on 6th Ave.
#370 Westbound : From O’Neil Apts. continue 6th Ave. to R/Congress St., service Congress/3rd and continue regular route to Schenectady
#182 To Downtown Troy : Regular route over Congress St. bridge continue Ferry St. to L/6th Ave. to R/Federal to L/ 8th St to L/Jacob St. to L/6th Ave. and layover in the area of O’Neil Apts.
#182 Leaving Troy : From O’Neil Apts. Continue 6th Ave. R/Congress St. service Congress/3rd and continue regular route .
