CDTA TO CHANGE SUNDAY CALL CENTER HOURS

 

(ALBANY, NY) – The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced that beginning on Sunday, April 15, 2012, customer service hours in the Call Center will be reduced one hour on Sundays from 8:00am – 6:00pm to 8:00am – 5:00pm due to low call volume. The Call Center will remain open seven days a week.

 The CDTA Call Center customer service hour change, scheduled to begin on April 15th, is displayed in the chart below.
