(Albany, NY) - The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is once again partnering with Mr. Subb on the sale of CDTA Summer Fun passes, good for all Capital Region youths 17 and under. The Summer Fun Pass is on sale at multiple Mr. Subb locations throughout the Capital Region, online at www.cdta.org, and at CDTA sales office located at 85 Watervliet Avenue or Proctors Theatre in Schenectady.
The Summer Fun pass offers Capital Region youth unlimited rides on any CDTA regular route bus service until August 31, 2011 for just $30.00, a $100.00 savings from the cost of two regular 7-day monthly Swiper passes. The program was originally known as “Ticket to Ride” when it was first introduced into the Capital Region in the early 1990s.
“Our Summer Fun pass is an affordable and convenient way for area youths to get to summer jobs and recreation programs,” said CDTA Chairwoman Denise Figueroa. “The bicycle racks on our buses make it even more convenient offering another option to extend your trip to areas not easily reachable by our bus network alone.”

To further sweeten the deal, Mr. Subb will offer a free cookie for every Summer Fun pass purchase made at most Capital Region locations.
