New Routing Begins Monday, November 5, 2018
CDTA Route #719 will begin picking up and dropping off passengers at the bus loop/turnaround in the Empire State Plaza concourse located directly across from the main food court starting Monday, November 5, 2018. Customers looking for Route #719 at the current stops on Madison Avenue (Stop #03417) and on Swan Street at Core 1 (Stop #10597) will NO LONGER be picked up or dropped off at these locations.
Only Route #719 will be affected by this change. There will be no change for customers that access Empire State Plaza using the Northway Xpress and Routes #22, #114, #214, #224, and #233. These routes will continue to board and alight at the current stops on Madison Avenue and Swan Street. There will be no change for customers using bus stops at Swan & Washington and others in the remainder of downtown Albany. Routes #520, #522, #530, and #531 will continue to pick up and drop off in the concourse.
Beginning Monday November 5th, the #531 PM trips scheduled at 4:19pm and 5:19pm will leave the Empire State Plaza Concourse 4 minutes later.
The 4:19 pm trip will now leave the ESP Concourse at 4:23pm. The 5:19pm trip will now leave the ESP Concourse at 5:23pm.
No other trips will be changed at this time.
