How-to-Ride BusPlus Helpful Hints
· BusPlus stops only at the 18 designated BusPlus stations along Route 5.
· Local routes stop at all stops including BusPlus stations.
· You can connect from BusPlus to any local route at all BusPlus stations, not just at the Colonie stations.
· Download the new BusPlus app for schedules, maps & frequently asked questions
· Route 5 local routes, #355 and #1 Central Avenue end at Colonie Center but can be used along with BusPlus for
more efficient travel. (i.e. Ride BusPlus on Route 5 past your local bus, then get off at the next BusPlus station
where you will have a shorter wait for your local route connection)
· BusPlus operates Monday-Friday: 4AM-Midnight, Saturdays: 6AM-11PM, Sundays: 7AM-6PM.
