Response Expectations

Email reservations are available 24/7. CDTA responses to reservations will occur between the hours of 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

Trip reservations sent by e-mail are officially confirmed only after a STAR reservationist emails you to confirm. This is usually done within 1 hour of receiving the email.

Callbacks will occur in the order the reservations are made.

Reservations for the next day service must be made before 4:00 PM on the day prior.
