We are getting ready for version 2.0 of the Navigator App with a New Design and improved Trip Planning and many other new features. To be eligible to participate in the pilot you will need to do the following: Fill out the following form Have an iOS or Android mobile phone and carrier (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, etc.) Have a Apple or Google Account signed into to your phone Have a credit card or debit card available to purchase (MasterCard or Visa) Be available to complete feedback either on line or over the phone Full Fare customer or be willing to pay for Full Fare if you are an eligible half-fare customer If you think you meet all those requirements then take the first step and fill out the following form. Type in the make of your smart phone (iPhone 7, iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, etc) What is the smart phone operating system? Android iOS (Apple) Unknown Select one of the options below or Other if it not listed. What is your cell phone service provider? Please type in your cell phone service provider (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, Cricket, etc) Google Play account email? If you are an Android user please type in your Google Play account email (@gmail.com). This email address should be setup on your phone. Do you currently have a Navigator smart card? Yes No Please select yes or no Apple Store account email? If you use an Apple phone please type in your Apple Store account email. This email should be setup on your phone. Account email? Enter the email address you have setup on the phone. Are you currently a half-fare customer Yes No Half fare products are not currently supported in the Mobile App. If you apply to be a Pilot Tester you must agree to pay full fare for all products.
