ANNOUNCEMENT: FLEX will be available in Saratoga Springs starting November 30, 2025. View the hours of operation and locations below.

WHAT IS FLEX? FLEX On Demand provides connections to key destinations in Guilderland, Southern Saratoga County, and Saratoga Springs (effective November 30, 2025). Our new point-to-point model offers shorter wait times & faster dropoffs and will apply to ALL FLEX zones. Please review the new locations as pick-ups and drop-offs will occur at main roadways with transit connections for more efficient service.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RIDE? Download the Navigator App on your phone or call (518) 482-8822, choose a time and location for pickup, and request a ride!

 HOW MUCH DOES FLEX COST? Customers can use the Pay As You Go option on their Navigator smart card or mobile app or use the Frequent Rider pass for FLEX On Demand service.
