Response Expectations

  1. Email reservations are available 24/7. CDTA responses to reservations will occur between the hours of 9AM- 8PM.
  2. Trip reservations sent by e-mail are officially confirmed only after a STAR reservationist calls you to confirm. This is done within 1 hour of receiving the email.
  3. Callbacks will occur in the order the reservations are made.
  4. Reservations for next day service must be made before 5:00pm on the day prior.
