Attention Northway Express (NX)  Commuter Service Customers

Empire State Plaza Bus Stop Location Change

Beginning on Monday June 18, 2007, the NX Northway Commuter service bus stop location for afternoon/evening (PM) departures will change.  The morning drop-off at the ESP concourse will remain the same.

 NX customers will no longer board and alight at the Madison Avenue location (north of the NYS Museum, heading west) during the PM schedules times.  Instead customers will need to board at the bus stop located at the Empire State Plaza (ESP) underpass where the regular route CDTA buses stop.  The new stop will provide shelter from the weather.

CDTA supervisor personnel will be onsite to assist customers between 3:00-6:00:PM.  Signs will be posted to reflect the ESP NX bus stop location change.
