The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) has established an overall tentative goal of 4.29% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) participating in contracting opportunities during the 2011 federal fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010 pursuant to 40 CFR Part 26. Documentation of the development of the DBE goal plan is available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 30 days from the publication. Written comments regarding the goals and the DBE plan will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this notice and should be addressed to:
